About Me
My name is Lisa Hubbard and I received my training locally from Omni Hypnosis Training Center.
I am a registered and Board Certified Hypnotist with The National Guild of Hypnotists as well as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certified Life Coach. I use a toolbox of techniques including hypnosis, NLP and EFT (emotional freedom technique) to name a few to help people tap into their own subconscious mind and discover their symptoms, behaviors, or habits that they would like to change. Using these tools and techniques we work together and release any self limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you and can be holding you back.
My goal is to help bring hypnosis into mainstream healing and thinking. Hypnosis is extremely powerful - and can be used to treat all sorts of issues - including things we consider "everyday" issues - like eating too much, smoking, stress, anxiety, depression and getting rid of unwanted habits. Hypnosis works really well in those areas, and works really fast too - so I dream of a day where people think of going to their hypnosis practitioner like they think of going to their family doctor. But hypnosis is even more powerful than that - hypnosis is a very powerful self-improvement facilitator - that's why I consider myself a change catalyst and self-empowerment facilitator, not only does hypnosis help cure problems, but it also promotes positive improvements. Hypnosis can be used to overcome stage fright, and public speaking, but it can also be used to improve your personal best time in an athletic event. Hypnosis helps you to imagine the future you want, and when you're able to see your goals in front of you, achieving them suddenly becomes within reach.

Align the non-conscious and conscious parts of your brain.
You have to have a healthy mindset, skill set, and action set at both the non-conscious and the conscious level so that there's alignment between the two parts of your brain.
Upgrade your mindset and skill set.
Every result you receive is a direct effect of what you believe to be true about yourself, your values, your habits, and your emotions. It’s either you have the right beliefs, values, habits, and emotions or you need to upgrade them to match the results that you want.
How will you develop your beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, emotional intelligence. . .
Learn how to respond to feelings and emotions that are unpleasant.
Learn mindset techniques around how to frame things. As soon as you blame or justify, instead of being responsible for your emotions, your feelings, your attitudes, and your actions, you're disempowering yourself. But when you take internal responsibility, you're no longer at the mercy of the external, outside world.
Surround yourself with people who are supportive
As the saying goes you are the sum of the five people you spend most of your time with. Surround yourself around people who inspire and support you. If you can't find those you can look up to, the internet is a great place to interact with people who are walking the talk. What I learned from my mentors and coach is that it's worth paying for specialized knowledge from experts, not just from people who have opinions.
Why I chose hypnosis
I became interested in hypnosis when I made a decision to eat healthier and to stop taking prescription pills from blood pressure pills to sleeping pills. I couldn't seem to make the changes I wanted no matter how hard I tried. In fact the harder I tried the more difficult it became. I decided to go see a hypnotherapist. I had so much success in my own life and was so impressed that I decided to get trained and become a hypnotherapist. I love helping others and I'm confident that using the tools I have learned I can help anyone who struggles with making a change they want to make in their life
